What is Yoga Sculpt?
Build long, lean muscles as you move through foundational yoga postures to an up-beat playlist, but turn up the heat as you pick up your hand weights to intensify your yoga sculpt practice. New to yoga? No problem! This class provides clear and easy to understand cues that will bring out your inner warrior in no time.
What is a Bootcamp Class like?
Get your heart rate up and build internal heat with this high intensity circuit-based class. Feel your muscles burn as you go between cardio and strength training with weights for the ultimate full-body workout experience. I recommend wearing tennis shoes for this class.
I don’t have any weights at home…
No problem! Try and find two objects of the same size/weight. Wine bottles or reusable water bottles work great! If you are still stumped, don’t worry - you will still get a great workout sans weights :)
I don’t have a Zoom account, do I have to create one?
It’s not necessary! You can always just use this link. But creating an account is free and easy :)
Do you offer any private coaching or classes?

I’ve never done Yoga before…
You can still take, and enjoy(!), my classes! They are yoga based, but I provide plenty of clear and easy to understand cues. You can always DM or email me after class with any questions and I will make sure you’re doing all movements and postures correctly.
